Employment Services of Uusikaupunki – Customer Service

At the Economic and Employment Services of Uusikaupunki, we serve residents and businesses in Uusikaupunki, Kustavi, Pyhäranta, Taivassalo, and Vehmaa in all matters related to employment services.

We are part of the Turku Employment Region, which began operations on January 1, 2025.

Centralized advisory service

The centralized telephone service of the Turku Employment Region serves all municipalities in our area. The phone service is available on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

When calling from a mobile phone, the cost is the mobile call rate. The same rate applies to waiting time. When calling from a landline, the cost is the local network rate.

Individual customers can manage most of their matters online through the Työmarkkinatori e-Services portal.

Through the service, you can, for example, register as a jobseeker, monitor the status of your job search, and submit your employment plan.

Employers and entrepreneurs can receive recruitment support through the Työmarkkinatori Business Services portal.

In-person services

Our service point at the Uusikaupunki municipal office building Mörne is open on Mondays from 9:00–11:00 AM and 12:00–3:00 PM, as well as by appointment.

Our service points in Kustavi, Pyhäranta, Taivassalo, and Vehmaa are open by appointment only.
